VMI is an abbreviation of Vendor Managed Inventory. The VMI department ensures the day to day operation of VMI, as well as the daily contact with those pharmacies that are a part of this agreement. Nomeco is responsible for handling the pharmacy’s orders, so that the ordering of goods happens automatically based on electronic exchange of the pharmacies sales and stock figures.
