Nomeco is a pharmaceutical company and is therefore subject to a number of public demands and regulations, among other things several authorizations from the authorities in order to run the business. Please find below a copy of the key authorizations:

Authorization for wholesale distribution of pharmaceuticals is issued by the Danish Medicines Agency according to section 39 in the Danish Medicines Act. This authorization is also known as the Wholesale Dealer’s Authorization (GDP). It allows Nomeco to distribute pharmaceuticals and by contract to hand out samples directly to doctors, veterinarians and dentists.

Authorization for manufacturing and import of pharmaceuticals and authorization for manufacturing and import of veterinary pharmaceuticals are also issued by the Danish Medicines Agency according to section 39 in the Danish Medicines Act. These are also known as Manufacturer’s/Importer’s Authorization (GMP) and they allow Nomeco to manufacture pharmaceuticals and veterinary pharmaceuticals.
